The first few days of training camp are not as I expected! Something that these first couple of days has taught me is dying to myself… letting go of my own desires and expectations. For example, we have designated shower days, laundry days, we are camping out in tents, and we are spending a lot of time outside (and it is HOT here in Georgia). But, despite all of this, Jesus is so present and I’ve been learning so much. One of the main take away I’ve learned from our training session chapels is to just let God do His thing. Be open to His voice & direction. Don’t rush!!
I hope you enjoyed this quick little blog & I just wanted to thank everyone who donated to make this possible! I appreciate you far more than you will ever know! (pictured is the beautiful sun this morning!)
